1. Click on the “Support” tab.

  2. In the “Support” section, you will see an option to “Create New Ticket”.

  3. Enter a descriptive title for your issue in the “Title” field.

  4. In the “Description” explain the problem you are facing.

  5. If you have any relevant files or screenshots, you can attach them by clicking the “Attach File” button.

  6. Once you have filled in all the necessary information, click the “Save” button to submit your support ticket.

The support team will review your ticket and get back to you as soon as possible to assist you with resolving the issue. If you have any further questions or need additional help feel free to contact the support team through the same support tab.
