# SIP URI GUIDE Source: https://docs.precallai.com/SIP_URI_GUIDE # SIP URI Configuration Guide ## Overview The SIP URI has been centralized using Mintlify's snippet feature for easy maintenance across all documentation files. ## Current Configuration * **SIP URI**: `sip:31.220.77.222:5060` * **Snippet File**: `docs/snippets/sip-uri.mdx` ## Files Updated The following documentation files now reference the centralized SIP URI snippet: 1. `docs/general/sip/vonage.mdx` 2. `docs/general/sip/telnyx.mdx` 3. `docs/general/sip/twilio.mdx` ## How to Update the SIP URI in the Future ### Step 1: Edit the Snippet File Simply update the content in `docs/snippets/sip-uri.mdx`: ```mdx theme={null} sip:YOUR_NEW_SIP_URI_HERE ``` ### Step 2: That's It! All three documentation files will automatically use the new SIP URI since they reference the snippet. ## How It Works Each documentation file uses the Mintlify `` component: ```mdx theme={null} ``` This component automatically includes the content from `docs/snippets/sip-uri.mdx`, ensuring consistency across all pages. ## Benefits ✅ **Single Source of Truth**: Update once, changes everywhere\ ✅ **No Risk of Inconsistency**: All pages always show the same SIP URI\ ✅ **Easy Maintenance**: No need to search and replace across multiple files\ ✅ **Version Control Friendly**: Clear history of SIP URI changes # PreCall AI Features Source: https://docs.precallai.com/ai-features Here is a quick walk through of PreCall AI platform GitBook tip: A succinct video overview is a great way to introduce folks to your product. Step 1. Install Mintlify on your OS: ```bash npm theme={null} npm i -g mintlify ``` ```bash yarn theme={null} yarn global add mintlify ``` Step 2. Go to the docs are located (where you can find `mint.json`) and run the following command: ```bash theme={null} mintlify dev ``` The documentation website is now available at `http://localhost:3000`. ### Custom Ports Mintlify uses port 3000 by default. You can use the `--port` flag to customize the port Mintlify runs on. For example, use this command to run in port 3333: ```bash theme={null} mintlify dev --port 3333 ``` You will see an error like this if you try to run Mintlify in a port that's already taken: ```md theme={null} Error: listen EADDRINUSE: address already in use 3000 ``` ## Mintlify Versions Each CLI is linked to a specific version of Mintlify. Please update the CLI if your local website looks different than production. ```bash npm theme={null} npm i -g mintlify@latest ``` ```bash yarn theme={null} yarn global upgrade mintlify ``` ## Deployment Unlimited editors available under the [Startup Plan](https://mintlify.com/pricing) You should see the following if the deploy successfully went through: ## Troubleshooting Here's how to solve some common problems when working with the CLI. Update to Node v18. Run `mintlify install` and try again. Go to the `C:/Users/Username/.mintlify/` directory and remove the `mint` folder. Then Open the Git Bash in this location and run `git clone https://github.com/mintlify/mint.git`. Repeat step 3. Try navigating to the root of your device and delete the \~/.mintlify folder. Then run `mintlify dev` again. Curious about what changed in a CLI version? Congratulations 🔥🎉 You have successfully added your first dialer 😎 # Introduction Source: https://docs.precallai.com/general/dialer/introduction Dialer is simply a calling number that will be used in your campaigns to connect with your customers ## Detailed Explanation : Dialer(s) are the calling number(s) that your assistant(s) would need to have an access to, that they can use to call you customers on your behalf. So, we use third party dailers that can provide such a number. So, when you successfully setup a campaign, your customers would receive a call from this number. You can add one or multiple numbers to your account, and you can use a single dialer in all of your campaigns or use a different dialer for each campaign. ## Accessing the Dialers Option 1. Navigate to the Dialers option under Call Platforms. 2. Enter the Inbound Phone Number (click on the “How to Buy” button to get the steps for obtaining a dialer number). 3. Choose the appropriate assistant for the inbound call from the available options. 4. Click the “Save” button to confirm your selections.
