# Freescout

1. Go to your FreeScout instance.
2. Go to the Manage > Settings > API & Webhooks page.
3. Generate **API Key**.
4. Copy the **API Key** value to the `API Key` field on PreCallAI.
5. Click **Submit** button on PreCallAI.
6. Congrats! Start using your new FreeScout connection within the flows.
